COTIR own the following equipment:

 -          Experimental modular greenhouses (warm and cold) about 3.700 square meters, and air conditioned with manual and automatic functional control. 

 -          Agronomic and irrigation techniques laboratory provided with instruments and equipment to carry out experimental tests in open field, growth and productivity crops analysis and environmental parameters monitoring.

 - Chemical and physical analysis laboratory provided with instruments and equipment for specific and conventional analysis of water, soil and plant-tissues samples. Moreover this laboratory owns a high resolution NMR spectrometer (600 MHz), which is a valid support for an advanced research in agricultural and agro-industrial  field. Through NMR Imaging technique (which processes the signals changing them into images) we will be able to obtain good results in observing seeds germination, fruits ripening and the transportation of solutes in phloem and xilema, offering to the agricultural and food industry new prospects to safeguard products genuineness, quality and typicality.

 -          Data Processing Center, specialized in the territorial area (Territorial Informative Systems), provided with an advanced computer support for statistical processing, data bank management and for thematic cartographic developing.

 -   Conference hall provided with 130 seats.

- Plant Protection Product Distributor Calibration Center  (C.T.D.F.), to test the spraying machines distribution efficiency.

 -          Guest rooms able to accomodate 26 guests.

 -          Refectory for about 50 people.

 -          Computer room network composed by 15 computers. 

 -      Didactic room for 50 people.
